Notes
1. Variations & substitutions: To make this recipe lactose-free, use lactose-free milk and yogurt. To make it vegan, use plant-based yogurt and milk (not canned coconut milk) and sweeten it with agave or maple syrup.2. Serving & storage instructions: Serve immediately, or pour into individual bottles and store in the fridge for up to 5 days, making sure to shake the bottles before serving.3. Helpful tips:
Thaw frozen fruit: Frozen fruit should be thawed before use. To speed things up, you can warm the fruit in the microwave, in 30-second increments, on low heat (power 3 or 4) or using the "Defrost" setting, and making sure not to let it get warm.
Try different fruit combinations: Multiple fruit can be combined to create unique flavors.
Minimize seeds: Try pairing fruit that contains seeds with seedless fruit to improve the texture of the drinkable yogurt.
Adjust the milk and honey: The fruit you choose will affect the taste and texture of the drinkable yogurt, so you may need to add more milk or honey in order to thin it out or sweeten it.
